Mr. Paredes joined Stanley Home Products in 1985 as Corporate Audit Manager and was named President in 1998. He leads Stanley's marketing team from the company's headquarters in Agawam, MA. Javier is familiar to the field -- he travels extensively to attend regional meetings, rallies and sales events for SHP's nationwide independent sales force. He leads with energy, enthusiasm, and commitment, and contributes to the professional growth and success of every Stanley representative.
