How To Shop

Shopping for home and personal care products has never been easier. Let's get started!

Step One: Browse the product category selections on the left. For your convenience, we have divided SHP's product offering into two categories- personal care and home care.

Step Two: Select a product line you would like to view, and click on it. (NOTE: Detailed information on all products is available by clicking on the item name.) Browse page by page or item by item, and return to where you were by clicking the category to the left---it's that EASY!

Step Three: To purchase your selected items fill in the quantity and click "Add to Cart". A running total of your shopping cart will appear in the top right corner for your reference.

Step Four: Done shopping? Click "View Shopping Cart/Checkout". To modify or delete items from your cart, click on the item name and make your edits. When you are satisfied with your order, click "Checkout".

Step Five: For your first online order you must fill in a customer profile. It includes your e-mail address, a password, plus billing and shipping information. This profile will be saved, so for future orders you will simply type in your e-mail address and password, and all of the other fields will automatically fill in. However, for security purposes your credit card information is not saved---you will need to enter that each time you place an order.

Step Six: Review your final order and click "Confirm".

Step Seven: When you click "Confirm" to send your order, you will get an e-mail confirmation from our Customer Care Center verifying your order has been received. When your order ships, another e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
